September- CDigital is the FIRST to offer CD distribution on the majority of US
airlines. Named "AMP", the program involves the insertion of a mini CD in the
boxed food packages that are sold or supplied by the airlines on flights over
two hours duration.
May - CDigital forms strategic relationship with Initiate of Canada to
co-market one-to-one marketing technologies. For the FIRST time, the content of
each disc and the printed face of the CD are personalized to the recipient. Bell
Canada and Saab are among the first customers.
April - CDigitalís SecMedia division enters the product decorating
industry. Trademarked as Graffix, the film will be sold to manufacturers who
will use pressure and heat technology to transfer the printed images to their
products. This is the FIRST digital application to be introduced and brings
small run, photographic quality, and variable data print options to the
decorating industry. A NASCAR supplier is among the first customers with an
order to decorate 150,000 souvenir cups.

August - CDigitalís New York office to produce FIRST limited edition music CD
and DVD box set for the popular band O.A.R. Each CD and DVD in each set will be
individually numbered, making the set an immediate collectible.
2002
October - SecMedia produces the FIRST CD ticket. The CD is cut to
resemble a ticket; is printed with section, row, and seat number; and has 65mb
of multimedia content on the back. The Washington Capitals hockey team has
ordered 16,000 tickets for their season home opener.
January - SecMedia commences operations as the nationís FIRST all digital
CD and DVD printer.
2001
July - Secure Media Products, LLC (SecMedia) is formed to purchase and
operate the nationís FIRST all digital system for printing on the face of
optical media-CD's and DVD's. Manufactured by Autotech in Switzerland, the
SecMedia system is only the second produced and the first destined to the United
States. The Company will be located in Baltimore, Maryland.

February - CDigital signs deal with Scene7 to co-market CD catalog. Scene
7, based in New York, is a leading developer of interactive websites for the
catalog industry. The multimedia rich CD catalog will link to the website
version.
January - Secure Media Products, LLC will change its name to CDigital
Markets, LLC. The new name more closely reflects the companyís mission of
designing, producing, and managing CD and DVD based marketing programs. The
Company will continue to trade as SecMedia for its optical media printing
business.
September- CDigital and Chicago based Sports Media
are co-marketing a new CD lid and cup product. Program involves a digitally
printed mini CD that is housed in the lid of the super sized beverage cup sold
at most sports venues. SBC (Southwestern Bell) is first customer with an order
for 70,000 units to be distributed at upcoming Houston Rockets, San Antonio
Spurs, Dallas Mavericks, and Milwaukee Bucks NBA games. The CD content will
highlight the lifestyles of team stars under the heading ěYouíve Seen How They
Play, Now See How They Liveî.
August - CDigital awarded contract to produce 75,000 DVDís by YDA to be
distributed under its ěRock the Voteî initiative. CDigital's New York office to produce FIRST limited edition music CD and DVD box set for the popular band O.A.R. Each CD and DVD in each set will be individually numbered, making the set an immediate collectible.
July - CDigital to produce multimedia CD catalog for C&H Distributors,
LLC, a leading distributor of facility products. The business-to-business CD
catalog and package will be bound into 20,000 October issues of ěMaterial
Handling Product Newsî magazine.
July - CDigital to print, duplicate, and package CD business cards for
the Envision Real Estate Software division of InterFirst Bank. InterFirst will
offer mortgage broker clients the opportunity to provide real estate agents with
CDís containing a multimedia presentation on buying and selling real residential
real estate. The content and the print on each CD will be personalized to each
agent and will be available in orders as small as 50 per name.
May - CDigital presents demo versions of its CD catalog at Chicago
convention. Prospects include J Crew, Johnston&Murphy, Pfaltzgraff, Orvis,
Camping World, Frederickís of Hollywood, Ross-Simons, and Chadwicks.
April -Tom Booth, Jr. promoted to Vice President, Sales and Matt Regan
promoted to Vice President, Production. Both executives have been with the
Company since its inception in 2001.
March - CDigital lands contract to produce CD catalog for the Science
Fiction Book Club division of Bookspan, Inc. The CD will have several
multi-media features, contain free games, and has a shopping feature that links
directly into the Bookspan e-commerce website.
February - CDigital launches CD Catalog program. Will attend industry
trade show in Chicago in May.
December - CDigital opens Houston office under Bill
Morris. Halliburton and Telelogic are among first customers.
December - CDigital and 21CD, Inc. sign deal to co-market tracking
technology. The program provides real time, online tracking of customer behavior
as the CD is played. The software is non-invasive (no ěspywareî) and does not
track personal information. It is designed to provide market research on
consumer preferences.
December - Secure Media Products, LLC forms a new division trading as
CDigital Markets. The new division will design, produce, and manage CD and DVD
based marketing programs.
November - SecMedia signs deal with Universal Music to produce numbered
limited edition CDís for sale on E-bay. Initial artists include Reba McIntyre,
Donny Osmond, 50 Scent, and Toby Keith.
January - SecMedia to produce 200,000 CDís per year for iMedia Pro, a
leading developer of custom CD presentations for sales professionals in the
insurance, financial, and real estate industries.

ěOne-to-Oneî magazine, featuring digital printing. Available in rectangle or
hockey rink sizes, the CD Business Card has all of the traditional business card
data printed on the front and 40mg of space on the back for multimedia content.
The card is available in orders as small as 50 per name.
January - SecMedia commences operations as the nationís FIRST all digital
CD and DVD printer.
November - SecMedia takes delivery of the five
component Swiss built digital optical media printing system. The system consists
of a high speed digital printer that imparts a five color toner image to film.
The film is coated with an adhesion promoter and then loaded onto automated
machines that use a pressure and thermal process to transfer the image to the
disc. The SecMedia system has two transfer machines that accomodate most CD and
DVD sizes and shapes - full rounds, minis, hockey rinks, and rectangles.
Unlike other print systems, the digital system requires no plates, screens, or
traditional set-up, making it very cost efficient on small as well as large
runs. In addition to its photographic quality (600dpi), the digital technology
enables the art work to be changed on each disc in a run - photos, barcodes,
serial numbers, names, addresses - opening a wide range of variable data and
one-to-one marketing opportunities.
August - SecMedia purchases a 30,000 square foot facility in Baltimoreís
HUD empowerment zone. The single story, brick building is being renovated to
include 10,000 square feet of office space, a clean room for the new digital
print system, a two bay cut room housing the Companyís specialty shaped CD
equipment, and both open and racked warehousing for fulfillment services and
inventory.
